Our company has a minimum order value of 10,000 USD. Rest assured, regardless of the order size, we guarantee that every product delivered will have the same level of quality.

At Anvera, we understand that every supplier has different payment terms. That’s why we work closely with them to negotiate the best payment terms on your behalf.

Some suppliers may accept a Letter of Credit or CAD, while others may require a deposit (typically 30-50% of the total order value) before starting production. Regardless of the payment terms, we ensure that both parties agree to the terms before moving forward with the order.

We take quality control measures very seriously. We carefully select our suppliers with a good production process to ensure high-quality products consistently.

Once the products are finished, we conduct a final inspection, which includes a dimension check, visual observation for defects, and relevant tests, such as the Moisture Content Test for Furniture. We then generate a comprehensive report for our clients detailing the results of our inspection.

Additionally, we share our feedback with the supplier to ensure that any mistakes are not repeated in the future. Our commitment to quality control ensures that our clients receive the best possible products and services every time.

We ship to practically any country, including the USA, UK, European Countries, Japan, Korea, China, and Australia. The delivery time to your country may vary depending on the delivery port and the respective countries’ customs clearance, but generally, it will take 4-6 weeks.

Upon arriving in your country, you might be subjected to VAT. This depends on the country and the items included in your order. Anvera will be happy to assist you in determining all import tax or VAT-related costs associated with your order.

When it comes to logistics options, we offer you the choice between sea or air freight depending on your preference or the volume of your product. Air transport is usually preferred for higher-value items with lower volume, while orders with higher volume generally require sea transport.

You won’t have to worry about arranging logistics, as Anvera will handle it with the forwarding company. However, if you have a preferred forwarding company in mind, please let us know, and we will facilitate your delivery through them. We aim to make your shipping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Anvera provides basic cargo insurance for every purchase, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your goods are protected during transportation. However, if you would like to add any additional insurance coverage, you are free to do so.

Anvera can also help you arrange any additional insurance upon your request, ensuring that your shipment is fully protected throughout the journey.

At Anvera, we believe in transparency when it comes to payment, fees, and any additional costs. We charge a percentage fee based on your total invoices (Higher order value = lower percentage fee), which is agreed upon on a per-client basis and includes all Anvera services.

We guarantee complete transparency in our pricing, ensuring that all costs are communicated to our clients upfront, leaving no room for hidden fees or unexpected expenses. Our commitment to providing full disclosure means that you can trust that you will know exactly what you’re paying for every step of the way.

Additionally, it’s important to note that Anvera DOES NOT receive any fees or commissions from factories or suppliers. We are committed to being independent and working on our client’s behalf.
